Facility Rental

While we do offer the Strand for rent, please note that availability is limited due to our own schedule, and we often cannot disrupt our programming to accommodate an outside event.  Rentals are currently limited to weekday’s/weekday evening’s, “off-time’s”, and after hours, and are provided only at the discretion of Strand Theatre management. Proof of insurance coverage naming The Strand Theatre as an additional insured is required for all outside events.

The Theatre is suited to a wide variety of uses including concerts and other live performances, film screenings, conferences & business meetings, and private parties. The Theatre is outfitted with state-of-the-art projection and sound equipment, wireless connectivity, a full-service box-office, commercial kitchen, green room/dressing rooms, and many other conveniences.  The theatre comfortably seats 350 total people (92 in the balcony, 258 on the main floor).
