A rock musical presented by BREAD Arts Collective. Part of the Strand's New Century Series!

This performance takes place at the Yellow Barn, 8 Winter Street, Rockland.

ROAR! is a rock musical based on a true story about the making of the most dangerous, most expensive home movie in Hollywood history -- the 1981 movie Roar, starring Tippi Hedren and 100 lions, tigers and other untrained big cats.  (Watch the film at The Pour Farm Film Festival on Sept. 7.)

This one of a kind, one-night-only experience will have you inches away from some of the biggest, most dangerous predators on the planet (as played by human actors).  Brace yourself: it’s going to be wild.

Written and directed by Lindsey Hope Pearlman, with original music and lyrics by Andrew Lynch and featuring the many talents of BREAD Arts Collective.
