Leslie Liao is a stand-up comedian, actress, and writer. Audiences around the world have been drawn to her relatable, introspective, and matter-of-fact style of humor which is often anchored around her experiences as a single Chinese-American woman living in Los Angeles. Leslie was recently selected to be a New Face of Comedy at Montreal’s prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival 2023.
She can be seen in the multi-comic stand-up series Verified Stand-Up on Netflix, and has performed twice on the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. In addition to touring globally and headlining to sold-out crowds, Leslie has opened for some of the biggest names in comedy, including Fortune Feimster and Ronny Chieng.
She is a regular presence in the Los Angeles comedy scene, gracing the stages of iconic venue like The Comedy Store, Hollywood Improv, Laugh Factory, Dynasty Typewriter, and many more.
