The film spans 6 states in 6 months (from Chicago, to Hawaii, to Maine’s Knox County), bringing together Americans across demographics to ask each other questions about living in America in the current moment and challenging them to take the time to truly listen to one another.
Employing this simple concept, The Work in Progress explores how dialogue and human connection might help bridge America’s deepest divides.
