HALLOWEEN CLASSIC
Sunday Classics
Universal’s classic monster masterpiece brings H.G. Wells’s terrifying tale to life. When a brilliant scientist discovers the secret to complete invisibility, the drug’s horrific side effects twist his mind into pure, unhinged madness. Featuring groundbreaking cinematic effects and a legendary vocal performance by Claude Rains, this horror milestone still has the power to stir a healthy fear of the unknown power of an out-of-control human invention.
“James Whale’s version remains the definitive screen adaptation… It is a masterpiece of dark humor and genuine terror that established the blueprint for science-fiction horror.” – Roger Ebert
